Key Projects
Digital Marketing Academy
Developed an 8 week intra company course designed to further digital marketing skills. Gained alignment from key senior stakeholders, worked with contractors to create learning modules and content suitable for the team.
Taken by 200 team members to further their digital marketing skills, collected reviews pre and post course to measure course engagement
In-house SEM
In-housed Search for a LOB of a Canadian national telecom which was first of it’s kind. Built and led the strategy, roadmap, reporting modules for the entire project. Hired contractors to help execute and rebuild the entire Search account.
Search transformation drove improved efficiency and experience, resulting in 5% more digital orders for 15% less investment YoY, with a 20% reduction in CPA. Implemented automation and built templates to improve launch timelines from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 days.
Affiliate Marketing Launch
Launched the first affiliate marketing channel for a national Canadian teleco. Researched affiliate networks, filled out privacy impact assessments and worked with procurement to address contract redlines. Worked with web development to implement tracking and brought on a new agency to help execute campaigns. Created commission model and launch strategy.
CAMPAIGN Management
Managed day to day performance marketing campaigns across Display, Facebook and Search for a national Canadian teleco.
Partnered with external leaders including agencies and platform account managers to optimize spend and bolster new capabilities, ensured digital marketing strategies aligned with all channels including email, SMS, radio, TV, out of home, in store and billboards.
Lead creative briefs using insights from past campaigns. Provided results-driven recommendations and reporting on a regular cadence to cross functional teams.
